Ingredients
- 8 oz of egg noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Fried shallots for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls. Top with the shredded chicken and sliced green onions.
- Ladle the hot broth over the noodles and chicken.
- Garnish with fried shallots and serve hot.
