  • Rub the dry rub all over the pork shoulder, covering it completely. Let it sit for at least 1 hour to marinate.
  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan and roast for 6 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
  • Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then, use two forks to shred the meat.
  • Mix the shredded pork with 1 cup of spicy BBQ sauce in a large bowl until well coated.
