  • Divide the diced cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and mixed greens evenly among the tortillas, placing the ingredients in the center of each tortilla.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly to create wraps.
