  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce and 1 tbsp of ketchup. Spread the barbecue glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
  • Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
