Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried sage
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 lb of ground pork, 2 tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of dried thyme, 1/4 tsp of dried sage, 1/4 tsp of dried rosemary, and 1/4 tsp of dried red pepper flakes.
- Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- Form the sausage mixture into patties, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sausage patties.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the sausage is fully cooked and browned.
- Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain any excess grease.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
