- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup Dijon mustard and 1/4 cup maple syrup. Set aside.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
