  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, honey, cumin, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to make the mango salsa.
  • Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has grill marks.
  • Remove the salmon from the grill and top each fillet with a generous spoonful of mango salsa.
  • Serve the mango salsa salmon immediately, and enjoy!
