  • 4 quarts water
  • 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 pounds small red potatoes
  • 2 pounds smoked sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 6 ears of corn, shucked and cut into thirds
  • 4 pounds large shrimp, deveined and shells on
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup of Old Bay seasoning.
  • Add the red potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the smoked sausage and corn to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked ingredients to a large serving platter.
  • Squeeze the lemon halves over the seafood and vegetables.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with a tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning. Drizzle the butter mixture over the seafood and vegetables.
  • Sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning and salt to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
