Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler on high.
  • Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell down to the tail. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the meat, leaving it attached at the base of the tail. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  • In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Brush the lobster meat with the lemon butter mixture, reserving some for serving. Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
  • Serve the lobster tails with the remaining lemon butter sauce on the side. Enjoy!
