Lobster and Sausage Boil

Ingredients
- 4 live lobsters (1 1/2 pounds each)
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 pounds small red potatoes
- 6 ears of corn, shucked and halved
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 lemons, halved
- 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning and a generous amount of salt.
- Add the potatoes, onion, garlic, and sausage to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the lobsters and corn to the pot. Cook for an additional 8 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Using a pair of tongs, remove all the ingredients from the pot and transfer to a large serving platter.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the seafood and sausage boil. Squeeze the lemon halves over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
