  • 2 pounds small red potatoes
  • 6 ears of corn, shucked and halved

Instructions

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning and a generous amount of salt.
  • Add the potatoes, onion, garlic, and sausage to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the lobsters and corn to the pot. Cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Using a pair of tongs, remove all the ingredients from the pot and transfer to a large serving platter.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the seafood and sausage boil. Squeeze the lemon halves over the top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
