Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in 1 cup of BBQ sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
