  • In the mixing bowl with the potatoes, add 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Mix until well combined.
