Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of lime juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, if using, or place directly on the grill.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
  • Remove from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
