  • In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • Add in the softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa powder and vegetable oil to form a smooth paste.
  • Take 1 cup of the cake batter and mix it with the cocoa paste until well combined.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • To create the leopard print pattern, drop spoonfuls of the melted chocolate onto the remaining cake batter in the bowl. Use a toothpick to swirl the chocolate into the batter, creating a marbled effect.
