Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Add in the softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa powder and vegetable oil to form a smooth paste.
