In Vietnam, this dish is a staple street food, often served with rice noodles, fresh herbs, and dipping sauce. It has also gained popularity in Vietnamese restaurants around the world, where chefs put their own unique spin on the classic recipe. Achieving the right balance of flavors and ensuring the pork is tender and juicy are crucial to making a delicious lemongrass grilled pork. For those seeking the best version of this dish, visiting Vietnam and exploring the local street food scene is a must.
