Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemongrass, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and set aside for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Set aside.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
