Instructions

  • In a bowl, marinate the beef with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • Add the chopped lemongrass and minced garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the sliced onion and red bell pepper, continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice.
