Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons lemon zest, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika to create the marinade.
