Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 cloves of minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with any remaining marinade to create a glaze.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
