  • Pour in the lemon juice and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the butter until melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Return the scallops to the skillet and toss to coat in the lemon garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the scallops are heated through.
