Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour the lemon garlic mixture over the salmon, making sure to coat each fillet evenly.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley before serving.
