Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
