- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
