- 1 cup of long-grain rice
- 1/2 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of allspice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

- 1 can (14 oz) of crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Serve the Sheikh El Mahshi hot with a side of rice or pita bread. Enjoy!
