Ingredients
- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the noodle mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the granola evenly over the top of the noodle mixture, pressing it down slightly to form a crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the kugel is set and the granola crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
