Ingredients
- 1 package of Krusteaz Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease muffin tin or 8-inch square pan.
- Stir together 1 package of Krusteaz Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix, 1/3 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, and 1 egg in a medium bowl until well blended. Batter will be slightly lumpy. For muffins, spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. For cornbread, spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake as directed below or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muffins in tightly covered container.
- Muffins - 14-16 minutes; 8-inch square pan - 20-23 minutes.
