Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your choice of pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, bell peppers, onions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5-6 minutes, or until softened. Allow to cool.
- Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
