  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your choice of pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, bell peppers, onions)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5-6 minutes, or until softened. Allow to cool.
  • Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg, and almond flour. Mix until well combined.
