  • Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg, and almond flour. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the cauliflower mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape into a 10-inch round crust. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
