  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
