  • Place 2 slices of American cheese on 4 of the patties, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with the remaining 4 patties and press the edges to seal, forming 4 stuffed patties.
  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the patties with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce to make the spicy sriracha mayo.
