Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
