Ingredients
- 12 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each stuffed jalapeno first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
