Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapenos
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and additional jalapeno slices for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 pound of ground beef, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup diced onion, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapenos, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
