Ingredients
- 1 cup of hot brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 ounces of Irish whiskey
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
Instructions
- Start by brewing 1 cup of hot coffee.
- Pour the hot coffee into a warmed glass or mug.
- Add 1 1/2 ounces of Irish whiskey to the coffee.
- Stir in 2 teaspoons of brown sugar until completely dissolved.
- Gently pour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top of the coffee.
- Do not stir after adding the cream. Serve hot and enjoy!
