Iced tea has a refreshing history dating back to the 19th century when it was popularized at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. It quickly became a beloved beverage in the southern United States, where it was traditionally served sweetened. Chefs and restaurants in the South, such as the iconic Arnold Palmer's namesake drink, have perfected the art of brewing the perfect iced tea. Today, the best versions of this classic drink can be found in charming southern tea rooms and restaurants, where the sweet tea is brewed to perfection. The key to a great iced tea lies in the quality of the tea leaves and the brewing process, ensuring a refreshing and flavorful beverage.
