Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of chocolate cookie crumbs with 1/4 cup of melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • Soften 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream and spread it evenly over the crust. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Warm 1 cup of hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle the sauce over the frozen ice cream layer.
  • Return the cake to the freezer and freeze for an additional 2 hours.
  • Before serving, drizzle 1/2 cup of caramel sauce over the top of the cake.
  • Pipe 1 cup of whipped cream around the edges of the cake and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of chopped nuts if desired.
  • Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
