  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush 1 tablespoon of olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
