  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons hot sauce, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the honey mustard mixture over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the grates with 2 tablespoons of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting with the remaining honey mustard glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
