- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Dijon mustard and 1/4 cup honey to make the honey mustard sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to make the breadcrumb coating.
- Dip each chicken breast into the honey mustard sauce, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating to the chicken.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the coated chicken breasts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
