Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the honey glaze over them. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
