Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and brush the honey glaze mixture over the entire surface of the pork.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork tenderloin for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer the pork tenderloin to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
- Remove the pork tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
