Ingredients
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 2 cloves of minced garlic.
- Pour the honey glaze over the chicken thighs and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
