Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream and butter to the skillet. Stir constantly until the butter is melted and the mixture is simmering.
  • Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked chicken and fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy alfredo sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
