  • Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the potatoes. Use a spatula to flip the potatoes and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and let the cheese melt for a few more minutes.
