Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers
- 1 tablespoon of dried lavender
- 1 tablespoon of dried peppermint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, remove it from the heat and add 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers, 1 tablespoon of dried lavender, and 1 tablespoon of dried peppermint leaves to the water.
- Cover the saucepan and let the herbs steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the herbal infusion into cups, and add 1 teaspoon of honey if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy the soothing and aromatic herbal infusion.
