Ingredients
- 4 Cornish hens
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, 4 cloves minced garlic, and the juice of 1 lemon.
