Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the top of each fillet with 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
