- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Brush each chicken breast with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, then press into the bread crumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
