Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a shallow dish, mix together 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
