  • Crack the egg into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • While the egg is cooking, place the ham slices in the skillet to warm them up for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Once the egg and ham are cooked, place the slice of cheddar cheese on top of the egg to melt for about 30 seconds.
  • Place the toasted English muffin on a plate, then layer the ham, egg, and cheese on the bottom half of the muffin.
  • Top with the other half of the English muffin and serve immediately.
