Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Croissant

Ingredients
- 2 croissants
- 4 slices of ham
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Layer 2 slices of ham on the bottom half of each croissant.
- In a small skillet, melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Crack an egg into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Carefully transfer the cooked egg on top of the ham on each croissant.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of each egg.
- Place the croissants in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are heated through.
- Remove from the oven and place the top half of the croissants on top of the cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
