Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Layer 2 slices of ham on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • In a small skillet, melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  • Crack an egg into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Carefully transfer the cooked egg on top of the ham on each croissant.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of each egg.
  • Place the croissants in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are heated through.
  • Remove from the oven and place the top half of the croissants on top of the cheese.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
